Here are some maintenance tips. Always clean the punch & die. Even though they don't need to be lubricated, cleaning can help prolong their lifespan. In both punches, and pumps, only use Enerpac Oil. Match your punch and die carefully at all times. Operationally, make sure to use dies that have bigger openings. Always change out worn-out or chipped punches and/or dies promptly. For materials processing, it is important to always observe the appropriate lifting force in order to avoid cracks.
